RN Clinical Supervisor - Hybrid Schedule

Position: Clinical Supervisor (RN) and Clinical Case Manager Role Overview: This leadership position involves managing a caseload of medically fragile patients, ensuring high-quality in-home nursing care, and supervising clinical staff. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, coordinating discharge and start-of-care processes, reviewing physician orders, and validating nurse competencies. Key Duties Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing talent developmentPerform assessments and re-evaluations for patient transitions to home careReview care plans and update documentation as neededRecruit, train, and validate new clinical staffMentor field staff to ensure safe, compliant, and high-standard careCollaborate with operational and business teamsEnsure compliance with relevant policies and regulations Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in applicable stateMinimum of 1 year hands-on nursing experienceAbility to travel locally to patient homesReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass MVR checkCPR certification (AHA or ARC)Willingness to supervise in-home nursing care for diverse patient populations Additional Details: Full-time role with daytime hours, includes on-call rotations, and offers a competitive salary plus bonuses.
