- Manage a caseload of medically fragile patients, ensuring care exceeds standards through internal case management, hospital discharges, and start-of-care assessments
- Supervise, train, and validate nursing staff to deliver high-quality, safe in-home care for diverse age groups
- Collaborate with operations and business teams to ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
- Focus on mentoring staff, evaluating nursing talent, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- At least one year of clinical experience
- Reliable transportation
- CPR certification
- Willingness to supervise in-home nursing staff
- Capable of traveling within the designated territory
