About the role
As a Clinical Manager, you will manage a unit within the community and provide leadership to the assigned team. You will oversee and coordinate the care provided to residents to ensure they feel safe and at home. You will also communicate with the therapy department and ensure that care plans are updated promptly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the care provided to residents
- Lead a team to excellence
- Communicate with the therapy department regarding care plan updates
- Coordinate the admission, care plan, and discharge process
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Good managerial skills and aptitude
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in long-term care or healthcare
