Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Compassion and respect for the elderly and individuals in need of care.
- Able to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families.

Pay
$78,145 – $97,594 (DOE)

Monday - Friday Schedule - w/ On Call Rotation
