Job Responsibilities
- Supervision of RN’s, LPN’s and MA’s, including scheduling, managing time off requests and addressing any disciplinary issues
- Review and completion of timecards and performance evaluations
- Provides professional nursing care for practice patients following established standards and practices
- Assists physicians and staff in coordinating patient care
- Functions as primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians
Clinical Staff Leadership
- Supervise and support clinical staff including medical assistants, nurses, and other clinical team members
Patient Experience
- Ensure a high level of patient service and satisfaction across all clinical interactions
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, clinical standards, and organizational policies
Communication & Collaboration
- Serves as a liaison between providers, staff, and organizational leadership
- Triage
Triage
- Speaks directly to patients to assess what is needed, determines the level of urgency
Patient Care
- Provides nursing care to patients as ordered
- Performs nurse visits and administers treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing or related discipline or equivalent professional experience is required
- Experience: 2+ years of healthcare operations or clinical management experience, preferred. Experience supervising clinical or administrative healthcare staff. Experience in a multi-provider clinical environment, preferred. Experience in orthopedics, preferred. Current CPR certification required.
