RN Clinical Manager, Part- Time
About the role
BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our Essex Assistive Care State Programs (ESS) office in Bloomfield, NJ. In this part-time RN leadership role, you will provide clinical oversight for clients receiving state-funded personal care services while supporting and developing a team of Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants. If you are an organized, systems-minded RN who is comfortable with program requirements, documentation, and client advocacy, this could be the next step in your career. This Clinical Manager position is ideal for an RN who wants to combine clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, care coordination, and meaningful community impact.
