About the role

The Ambulatory Subspecialty Sites require a skilled RN Clinical Manager to oversee patient care and clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage during shifts.
• Ensure quality improvement initiatives are implemented and monitored.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical management role.
• Experience with ambulatory care settings preferred.
