Pay
$45.30 - $63.95 per hour
Responsibilities
- Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership to ensure clinical objectives are met and high‑quality patient care is delivered.
- Assess daily patient care needs, assign and direct nursing/support staff, and prioritize operations based on patient and physician demands.
- Oversee workflow, address patient care concerns, and ensure adequate resources, materials, and supplies for safe, efficient operations.
- Contribute to hiring, training, performance development, and evaluation of staff.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of Charge Nurse or Lead Role experience required.
- Inpatient acute behavioral health experience required.
