RN Clinical Coordinator, POOL, Capacity Management-Women and Families Campus

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization.
• Ensures adequate nursing staff through the management of nursing staff resources.
• Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital.
• Directs and collaborates with appropriate department managers to facilitate and expedite patient movement.
• Assists the Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in continuous staff development, human resource management, and in promoting quality care.
• Responsible for clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Emergency Department or Intensive Care Units (after orientation training).
• Experience participating in or running rapid response/code teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing – Required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – Required.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree – Required.
• 5 years experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting – Required.
• General experience in a Clinical Management Role – Preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required.
• PA Registered Nurse License – Required.

Schedule

Per Diem, whichever shift is needed: 7a‑7p (Days) or 7p‑7a (Nights).
