What You'll Do
- Affords assistance in planning, implementing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the clinical functions and outcomes of the ICU.
- Collaborates with other management team members to develop and foster an effective clinical climate.
- Works jointly with administration, physicians, and staff to develop the departmental mission, vision, values, goals, long-range plans, services, and capital and operational budgets.
- Approves policies and procedures.
Requirements
- CVICU Charge Nurse experience.
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse License or current Registered Nurse License from a Compact State.
- If a Compact License is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
- B.S.N. degree preferred.
