Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
- Watch over the people who give dialysis to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Build strong connections with patients and their families
- Handle lots of work, even on weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Have a current RN license and know CPR
- Have at least 18 months of RN experience, including 6 months in dialysis
- Get approval for being a Charge RN
- Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice
- Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg
- Have CNN/CDN certification if possible
- Be good with computers (know MS Word and Outlook)
- Be flexible with your schedule
