RN Clinic Manager
About the role
Primary Care Solutions provides industry‑leading Primary Care services to Veterans. Veteran‑led and clinician‑managed, we deliver compassionate, expert medical care, establishing personal bonds with our Veterans in our Community‑Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC’s). We have consistently achieved high marks from the VA in our CBOC’s and are excited to discover first‑rate colleagues to join our group. This is a full‑time, onsite RN Manager Clinic Administrator position with office hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. No evenings, holidays, on‑call, or weekends are required.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations, ensuring clinical quality expectations are met.
- Provide compliance oversight, including Office of Inspector General, Joint Commission, Environment of Care, lab compliance, and related items.
- Manage the clinic’s financial performance, review and control clinic expenses.
- Take an active role in enrollment growth and retention.
- Triage patients, identifying acute needs, high‑acuity patients, and Veterans at risk.
- Establish and maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for colleagues and Veterans, consistently meeting needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license.
- Strong medical office management experience.
- Experience with scheduling staff and performance management.
- Proficiency with computer systems and reporting.
- Patient experience advocate – will serve as the patient advocate for the clinic.
- Desire to engage with the community.
- Conflict resolution skills.
