RN Charge

• Develops self and team members and shares organizational information.
• Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse.

Responsibilities

Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to a child.

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare related field within 7 months of hire/promotion
• Nurse Professional Specialty Certification within 7 months of hire/promotion
• 2 years RN experience
