RN Charge Nurse - MedSurg - FT Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, serving as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions, assist with care planning, deliver safe care, document assessments and interventions, and ensure optimal patient flow.
• Address patient concerns, provide education, communicate essential information, and promote patient- and family-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, support quality initiatives, and contribute to achieving better patient outcomes.
• Maintain licensure, pursue growth opportunities, mentor colleagues, and uphold professional standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN licensure, BLS certification, and multi-state licensure or single-state license.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional growth, quality improvement, and excellent patient care.
