RN Charge Nurse - MedSurg, FT Nights

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team; monitor and document patient conditions; promote patient safety and satisfaction; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support professional growth and mentorship; uphold confidentiality and safety standards; contribute to shared governance activities. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; active RN license (multi-state or single-state); BLS certification; strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills; commitment to professional development and quality care. Additional Duties: Maintain professional licensure, engage in training, support a positive work environment, and adhere to hospital policies and standards. Other duties as assigned to enhance patient outcomes and organizational objectives.
