RN Charge Nurse - Full Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Charge Nurse oversees daily unit operations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care. They practice in a clinical environment supported by shared governance and evidence-based models, acting as a proactive team leader and resource for licensed and unlicensed caregivers. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate staff activities, manage patient flow, and ensure compliance with policies.Provide clinical expertise, assist with staff development, and foster teamwork between nurses and physicians.Participate in committees, survey readiness, and clinical concerns to maintain operational excellence.Support system policies, uphold professional nursing standards, and advocate for patient voices. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact).Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years preferred.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and others as required, obtained upon hire.Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and clinical expertise.
