Charge Nurse (RN) - Full-Time - Days

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Carefully coordinate care plans
• Maintain vigilance over patient conditions
• Document all care activities accurately
• Advocate for patients and communicate effectively with families and staff
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Support shared governance and professional growth
• Mentor junior staff members
• Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills

• A minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree is preferred
• A valid RN license with required certifications (BLS, RN license) must be held
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• A strong commitment to personal and professional development
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills are essential
• Compliance with all policies and standards is mandatory
