Responsibilities
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure patient care quality
- Manage daily operations and coordinate with other healthcare providers

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience in charge nurse role preferred
