About the role

The RN Clinical Charge Nurse oversees daily unit operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care, practicing in line with professional standards and evidence-based practices. They lead interdisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, and coordinate patient assignments, including discharge planning and resource management. The role promotes relationship-based, patient-centered care through effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities
