Job Summary

A Registered Nurse Charge oversees patient care, follows nursing regulations, and fulfills the organization's priorities to promote the mission. The role involves evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these align with standard practices.
• Review and update nursing procedures using research to implement changes.
• Demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort to foster healing and prevent excess distress.

Requirements

• Completion of an established program in Nursing.
• At least two years of experience in the field.
• Registered Nurse License.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of being hired.

Skills

• Familiarity with nursing and patient care protocols and practices.
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
