RN Center Administrator (RN Required)

Major Responsibilities

• Maintains operational activities for effective and efficient management of daily operations.
• Collaborates with Medical Directors, Board Members, Director of Operations, and Clinical Director.
• Serves as direct supervisor for nursing and patient care.
• Oversees medical staff and allied health credentialing and human resources.
• Directs and participates in the Center’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee (QAPI).
• Develops, interprets, and implements policies, procedures, regulations, programs, and recommended practices to meet requirements of regulatory and accrediting organizations, including infection control, environment of care, and emergency preparedness.
• Monitors and analyzes monthly operating reports to promote cost containment and efficient use of Center’s resources.

Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College/University (Master’s Degree preferred)
• At least (5) years of healthcare-management experience
• At least 2–3-year experience in an ASC
• RN License is Required
• CPR certification and ACLS certification
• Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
• Recognizes and defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, draws valid conclusions, and corrects errors
• Effectively presents information, responds to questions, and professionally interacts verbally and/or in writing with others
• Computer literacy
