RN Center Administrator
Major Responsibilities
- Maintains operational activities for effective and efficient management of daily operations
- Collaborates with Medical Directors, Board Members, Director of Operations and Clinical Director
- Serves as direct supervisor of nursing and patient care
- Oversees medical staff and allied health credentialing and human resources
- Directs and participates in the center's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee (QAPI)
- Manages services provided by contracted vendors
- Develops, interprets, and implements policies, procedures, regulations, programs, and recommended practices to meet requirements of regulatory and accrediting organizations
- Maintains and analyzes monthly operating reports to promote cost containment and efficient use of Center’s resources
Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College/University (Master’s Degree preferred)
- At least (5) years of healthcare-management experience
- At least 2–3-year experience in an ASC
- RN License is required
- CPR certification and ACLS certification
- Multi-task effectively and efficiently
- Recognizes and defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, draws valid conclusions, and corrects errors
- Effectively presents information, responds to questions, and professionally interacts verbally and/or in writing with others
- Computer literacy
Position Summary: We are currently searching for a Full Time RN Center Administrator to work Mondays – Fridays who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks.
