This position is within Amedisys' Home Health Services department.

Responsibilities

- Provide home health care services to patients. - Conduct assessments and develop care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Communicate regularly with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Completion of a Home Health aide course or equivalent certification. - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
