About the role
Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes or hospices, ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention and support.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Communicate with healthcare providers to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of home health care protocols
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
