RN - Cardiovascular Surgery, Evening Shift

About the role

Seeking a CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) to provide advanced surgical care in a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, and coordinate with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Support both Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery teams in procedures such as open heart, minimally invasive, robotic, and vascular surgeries. Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills in circulating and scrub roles. Work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with a focus on teamwork, critical thinking, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience preferred
• Nursing degree from an accredited school
• Current Missouri RN license
• BLS certification
