About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient care within their scope, utilizing nursing processes, technology, and resources to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessments, develops and modifies care plans, and implements nursing interventions for postsurgical CVMS patients, including CABG, thoracotomy, and vascular surgery cases.
• Maintains accurate documentation.
• Ensures patient and employee safety.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members.

Requirements

• An active RN license.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• ACLS certification within 1 year.
• A high school diploma or GED.
