RN - Cardiology Full-time Nights

Position Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards and values. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Maintain patient confidentiality and rights.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.Ensure adherence to organizational standards and quality improvement. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Current RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure.Must meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and mobility requirements.Certifications in ACLS and BLS (or obtained within 30 days of hire); additional unit-specific certifications as required.
