About the role
Provides professional nursing care in a medical practice setting, supporting physicians with patient treatment and clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in patient care and perform clinical procedures.
- Complete related paperwork and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate with patients, families, visitors, and staff with compassion and professionalism.
- Operate medical equipment relevant to the clinic's specialty.
- Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current valid state nursing license.
- CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Knowledge of nursing principles, medications, safety practices, and patient education.
- Ability to assist with a variety of medical treatments and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
