RN - Cardiac Telemetry, Nights

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness of care provided by team members
• Coinciding patient care with other departments
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
• Performing duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in Missouri or valid compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days
• PREFERRED: Experience in hospital or specialty settings; BSN and additional certifications

Physical & Skills Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
