RN - Cardiac Telemetry (Nights)

About the role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. A committed, adaptable nursing professional eager to grow and deliver exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and standards.
• Coordinate patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain professional growth and accountability within the clinical setting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report high-risk situations appropriately.
• Possess current licensure and certifications relevant to the specialty area.
• Complete additional certifications within specified timeframes based on specialty requirements (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates are eligible. Hospital experience preferred.
• Valid Georgia RN license or multistate licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory.
• Additional specialty certifications as applicable to the specific unit (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certifications).
