Join a Cardiac Stepdown unit with weekend options, providing patient care utilizing the nursing process within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality
- Coordinate care with other departments and evaluate care effectiveness
- Maintain accountability and adhere to mission, values, and service standards
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Previous hospital experience preferred
Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as needed
- Strong communication, assessment, and coordination skills
