About the Role

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care delivered.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Uphold patient rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform duties in alignment with organizational standards and values.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or with compact licensure.
• BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already held).

Qualifications

Prior hospital experience and additional certifications or specialty licenses are preferred.

Skills and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to stand and walk extensively.
• Perform physical movements such as reaching, bending, and twisting necessary for patient care.
