What You'll Do

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Assess patient and family learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Delegate and manage nursing resources while serving as a collaborative team leader.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and use data-driven insights to support quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and professional nursing excellence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to organizational policies and standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice.
• CURRENT Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• CURRENT CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Certification (valid within the last 12 months).

Preferred Certifications

• Certification in a relevant clinical specialty area.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency with computers, healthcare software, and web-based applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present information clearly and professionally to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
