Responsibilities
- Support resident care through ongoing assessment and observation
- Admit, discharge, and transfer residents
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care and medications
- Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
- Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote overall resident well-being
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Current and active RN license in New Jersey
- Previous nursing experience required, experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay
$40.33 - $50.33 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Overnight 10:45PM - 7:15AM shifts available with weekend and holiday rotation required
