RN - Bed Control, Night Shift

Role: Bed Control Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating and assigning hospital beds to optimize patient flow and service quality. Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians, emergency, inpatient, surgical, and procedural teams to facilitate patient placement. Utilize problem-solving and customer service skills to determine the best course of action for patients, staff, and hospital operations. Work closely with house supervisors, referring physicians, and administrative staff to ensure efficient bed management. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's Degree required.3-5 years of RN experience in acute care, preferably critical care or emergency services.Proficient with EPIC EMR platform.Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNCL multistate license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Skills & Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, exceptional customer service skills, and experience in leadership roles such as charge nurse preferred.
