RN - Bed Control, Nights

Role: Bed Control Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating and assigning beds within the hospital to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal service delivery. Responsibilities: Collaborate with physicians, emergency department, inpatient units, surgical services, and procedural areas. Utilize problem-solving and customer service skills to determine the best course of action for patients, staff, and hospital operations. Work closely with House Supervisors, referring physicians, and administration to facilitate smooth patient placement. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school with a Bachelor's Degree.3-5 years of RN experience in acute care, preferably critical care or emergency services.Proficient in EPIC EMR platform.Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNCL multistate license.BCLS certification. Skills & Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, excellent customer service, and prioritization skills. Leadership experience is preferred.
