Responsibilities

• Ensure our residents receive the highest level of dignity and care.
• Distinguish yourself by being a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!
• Work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident.
• Oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions.

• Continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality.
• Lead, be responsible, manage time, show compassion, and exhibit patience.
• Observe resident behavior and communicate such in an intelligent and professional manner.

Requirements

• A current Nursing license in the state of Montana.
• A genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred.

• Ability to observe resident behavior and communicate such in an intelligent and professional manner.
