Responsibilities
- Demonstrates technical nursing skills (as documented in unit skills list)
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients: Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation
- Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients
- Documentation of the nursing process as required by MMC standards
- Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately
- Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader
Requirements
- One (1) year current medical/surgical nursing in an acute care setting or specialty area experience
- Registered Nurse: CA RN License
- Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days
Pay
$51.57 - $76.96 /hour
