Vineyard Post Acute is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse with Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience ready to take the next step in leadership. This role offers a clear pathway to grow into a Director of Nursing (DON) position.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in managing and leading the nursing department
• Ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance across all units
• Mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and compassion
• Lead by example in patient care, professionalism, and leadership
• Step into leadership roles as needed — your development into DON is part of our plan

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is a must
• Leadership potential and a passion for developing others
• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills
• Available to work Sunday through Friday

Pay

$60.00 - $70.00/hour

Schedule

Full-time. Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.
