Position Highlights
- Maintains a system to insure knowledge of patient status (such as: makes daily rounds of all patients).
- Monitors to see that treatments and medications are administered as ordered.
- Planner and director of nursing service in an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Communicates effectively with the medical/health care community, patients and families.
Requirements
- Must have South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Must have superior communication skills & be an effective leader.
- Must be flexible, caring, compassionate, and a team player.
- Willing to work as a floor nurse if needed.
- Prior experience in LTC/ SNF preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent time management, superior organization skills.
- Exceptional communicator.
- Understanding of Long-Term Care regulations.
