Clinton Place is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing! We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our exceptional clinical team. DUTIES: Meet the nursing medical needs of all residentsResponsible for coordinating infection controlResponsible for educating the staffAssist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff24 hours on callCoordinate and direct the total planning for nursing servicesMaintain a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practiceResponsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical recordsAssist with interviewing, hiring, and orienting new nursing staffOversee the daily staffing processMaintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs REQUIREMENTS: Current RN license requiredExperience in Long-Term Care is preferred 2 years of management experience is preferred1 year of staff education experience is preferredExcellent Communication Skills requiredFlexible hours required EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER The Facility is an equal opportunity employer.
