RN Assessment Nurse Supervisor – Monday–Friday Crowne Health Care of Fort Payne | Fort Payne, AL FULL-TIME | MONDAY–FRIDAY | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Competitive Pay & Excellent Benefits! Crowne Health Care of Fort Payne is currently accepting applications for a Registered Nurse (RN) Assessment Nurse Supervisor to join our team! This full-time position includes nursing assessments, resident care coordination, and supervisory responsibilities within our Rehab Hall. We are seeking a dependable, compassionate RN with strong clinical assessment and leadership skills. Schedule & Position Details Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMFull-time position with supervisory responsibilitiesOne designated evening per week with a late stay if admissions occurBack-up weekend on-call rotation approximately one weekend every two monthsMedication cart training provided to assist with coverage during staffing shortages as needed Essential Job Responsibilities Complete nursing assessments and accurately document resident conditions.Assess new admissions and assist with coordinating individualized plans of care.Monitor resident progress and communicate changes in condition to physicians and appropriate staff.Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff as assigned.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Assist with admissions and related nursing responsibilities.Provide medication cart coverage during staffing shortages as needed following training.Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable nursing standards.
