RN and LPN – Day and Night Shift – Nursing Home – Hiring Now

Ridgewood Terrace, a Concord Health Systems facility, is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky.

About the role

This position offers flexible scheduling across multiple shifts, allowing nurses to find a schedule that fits their needs while providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. Full-time positions with day and night shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
• Assess (RN) or monitor (LPN) resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Accurately document care and treatments in the medical record system (EMAR/EHR)
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
• Assist with care planning and follow established care plans
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts
• Commitment to compassionate, professional resident care
