Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN– Day and Night Shifts available – Nursing Home

Position Summary

We seek dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in a nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. This position offers flexible scheduling across multiple shifts.

Essential Duties

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
• Assess (RN) or monitor (LPN) resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Accurately document care and treatments in the medical record system (EMAR/EHR)
• Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
• Assist with care planning and follow established care plans
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts
• Commitment to compassionate, professional resident care
