RN/LPN - Day and Night Shift

About the role

Advantage Nursing Services is seeking homecare nurses for day and night shifts in Mokena, IL. We are dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality, and compassionate health care to children and adults in the comfort of their home. No pediatric or private-duty nursing experience is required.

Available shifts

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 11pm–7am
• Saturday/Sunday: 11pm–7am
• Tuesday: 8am–4pm

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 patient care
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts
• Assist patient in daily activities
• Take and record vitals
• Provide caregiver relief

Requirements

• Active IL Nursing License
• Current CPR Certification
• Prior experience with G-tube, Trach, & Vent care
