RN Ambulatory Team Lead - Multispecialty

About the role

As RN Team Lead, you will coordinate and oversee daily operations, workflows, delivery of care and caregiver education as needed. Some of your responsibilities will include direct patient support, while others are more clerical and administrative in nature. Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to a specific patient population in a variety of ambulatory settings
• Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients to ensure quality and safe care
• Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues
• Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives
• Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching and mentoring of assigned caregivers
• Assist in preparing department specific education
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities to improve patient outcomes, experience and safety

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Two years of recent RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous Charge Nurse or supervisory experience

Physical requirements

• Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination
• Requires corrected hearing and vision to normal range
• May require some exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids
• Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects

Pay

Minimum hourly: $34.50 – Maximum hourly: $54.40

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm
