RN Ambulatory Team Lead - Functional Medicine

Responsibilities

• Direct patient support
• Clerical and administrative tasks
• Assist in providing clinical oversight to assigned caregivers and patients
• Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues
• Perform duties of an RN Ambulatory
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives
• Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring of assigned caregivers
• Aid in preparing department-specific education
• Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement, and research activities to enhance patient outcomes, experience, and safety

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Two years of recent RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
• Ability to travel to Cleveland Clinic regional locations

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous Charge Nurse or supervisory experience

Physical Requirements

• Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination
• Requires corrected hearing and vision to normal range
• May require some exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids
• Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly

Pay

Minimum hourly: $34.50
Maximum hourly: $54.40
