RN Ambulatory - Oncology Clinic

About the role

Facility: Und Building, Bismarck, ND. Address: 701 E Rosser Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501, USA. Shift: 8‑hour day shifts. Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week. Department: Oncology team in a brand‑new Clinic and Infusion center. Clinic hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; no weekends or holidays. The position offers a flexible daytime schedule and the opportunity to work in a new facility while impacting patient care.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Coordinate care, perform patient assessment, provide patient education, conduct triage, and deliver various nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
• Apply appropriate age‑ and population‑specific standards as designated for the assigned clinical setting.
• Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state of practice and licensure.
• Adhere to the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred (including AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Obtain and maintain any required department‑specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.

Pay

Salary range: $29.50 – $44.50 per hour. Includes a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
