The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of patient and family-centered care, utilizing resources, technology, and multidisciplinary experts to deliver high-quality, cost-effective nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the nursing scope
• Coordinate with clinical teams
• Ensure effective use of support systems
• Manage physical and emotional needs of patients
• Demonstrate necessary clinical skills
• Adhere to safety protocols

Requirements

• At least 2 years of behavioral health experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• BLS certification

Qualifications

Preferred candidates have a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Skills

• Proficiency in clinical skills
• Computer literacy
• CPR/ACLS certification
• Strong communication abilities

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing and walking
• Lifting and reaching
• Constant sensation and vision capabilities to perform duties effectively

Schedule

Onsite position requiring evening shifts.
