This position coordinates and supervises nursing care and staff, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. It supports hospital and nursing department goals, manages patient flow, and assesses staffing needs. The role serves as a clinical resource, promotes evidence-based practice, and encourages a Magnet culture of transformational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Communicate organizational vision and goals to nursing staff
• Assist with staff orientation and onboarding
• Facilitate patient placement and manage patient flow
• Participate in policy development and interpret procedures
• Support positive guest relations
• Manage staffing adjustments based on patient acuity
• Promote evidence-based practice and clinical excellence
• Foster a Magnet culture of transformational leadership

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or graduation from a nursing degree program
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
